UAE New Visa Rules for Job seekers

Latest UAE Visa Rules which seems little tougher but protected being framed by Federal Authority for Identity and Citizenship (FAIC) for job seekers who are entering UAE on visit or tourist visa and later looking for Employment visa or willing to work in UAE.

Major changes in UAE New Visa Rules:

�  Job seekers may get 3 to 6 months UAE visa.

�  Security deposit system for visit visa, tourist visa and Job seeker visa.

�  Strict actions will be taken against UAE residency law violators.

�  Home country embassies urged to bear cost of air tickets for their citizens.

�  To locate violators, ministry will regularly inspect workers accommodation, farmhouses and work places.

�  Sponsor or businessman will be fined 50,000 AED for each person, if they hire the undocumented worker.

�  A sponsor or businessman who repeats the above violation, the fine will be doubled to 100,000 AED for each worker and the worker will also be deported from UAE.

�  Ministry Fast-track dispute centre will resolve complaints of both parties (employer and worker) within 48 hours. If still the issue remains unsolved, the case will be sent forward to competent courts.

UAE New Visit Visa Rules:

There is no doubt that this time UAE has planned tougher rules on issuing visit, tourist or 6 months job seekers visa because most of the UAE residency law violators, who are applying for ongoing UAE Visa Amnesty scheme, entered UAE on Visit or Tourist Visas, but on other side it will secure and protect UAE residency law.

Some people who entered UAE on visit and tourist visas are violating UAE residency law by overstaying in the country, officials also found many who were working illegally on visit visas from months and years.

Our advice for everyone to exit the country before the expiration of your visa, so you can enter UAE again without any problem.

When New UAE Visa Rules will start?

As per Dr Yousef Al Sherif, who is the legal advisor at Federal Authority for Identity and Citizenship, said UAE updated visa rules will start after completing ongoing Amnesty scheme which will end on 31^st October 2018, after that violators will be given hefty fines along with tougher punishments which can lead to permanent deport from UAE.
